In this 15 Week course, you will learn about the meaning of PUMA and the IKCA Chinese Kenpo belt levels. You will be exposed to how to begin your training course, 36 training sets for Punching; Kicking; Falling; Transitions; and Rolls, and 5 basic techniques: Delayed Sword; Obscured Wing; Sword of Destruction; Rusting Salute; and Lone Komono.
