Kickboxing combines punches, kicks, conditioning, and cardiovascular training to improve strength, endurance, coordination, and confidence. Classes are suitable for beginners as well as students looking to improve overall fitness and striking skills.
- No experience is necessary. Participants should wear comfortable workout clothing and bring boxing gloves if available.
